In the slideshow below you will see the progress of the build process over the last few weeks. First, the deck receives finishing touches prior to laying the fiberglass for the mold itself, then the completed mold prior to getting the hardware and wheels applied. You will then see a picture of the flybridge after final fairing.
Next, you’ll see a few pictures of foam and glass being applied to the hull after the gelcoat and barrier coat were applied. After all the hull materials are laid in, the bag is applied prior to the actual infusion process, then the completed hull after infusion. Last picture will be that of one of the first completed bulkheads. In the next 7 to 10 days the installation of the bulkheads will begin and the layup of the deck will commence.
