While the gelcoat was being applied we couldn’t take any pictures or videos as the particles are airborne and very sticky and hard to clean off the camera. Here you will see the hull w/ the gelcoat applied and then workers applying a barrier coat prior to any fiberglass. Doing this we virtually eliminate the possibility of blisters ever occurring. Next comes two hand laid layers of non-directional mat. After this layers of cloth and coring will be laid down and then the whole hull will be finished by infusion.
